Support

Queries can be submitted via email, telephone or online forum. Any software issues are dealt with free of charge (eg, any problems with installing Mo.net onto the system).

Any user queries (eg "How do I ... ?") are dealt with free of charge if they are straightforward to resolve (eg less than half an hour, and subject to limitations).

More substantial queries are charged at our standard hourly rate. However, we will always provide an estimate of cost before carrying out any work that would be chargeable. We will endeavour to respond by the end of the following working day, either with a resolution or an estimate of how long a resolution will take.

Other support available includes:

  • secure technical discussion forum available via the online user portal;
  • Flash tutorials available via the online user portal;
  • structured tutorials available via the product help; and
  • commitment to develop new demos and tutorials in response to requests.

Training

Training can be purchased at our standard hourly rate plus disbursements. Onsite training will be provided at this hourly rate for as many as 10 users per session.
